How the trial works and what happens afterwards.
When do the 14 days start? Do I need a card?
The 14 days start when you confirm the trial after connecting Google and setting up a location. Creating an account alone does not start it. No card is required.
How many locations does the trial cover?
The trial covers one Google location you choose. You can connect other locations, but they are not covered by the trial. With a subscription, the price applies to each included location.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial does not automatically become a subscription. To keep importing reviews, using AI replies, publishing and receiving new reports, you need to choose a plan. Your existing history remains available to view.
How does per-location pricing work?
The price shown above applies to each location included in your subscription. You can choose monthly or annual billing and see the total before confirming.
How do I turn off renewal?
Open the Subscription section and turn off renewal. You can use the plan until the end date shown there. Afterwards, your existing history remains available to view.
When is the initial report ready? What if there are no reviews?
Once Repliku has collected the relevant reviews, the initial report analyses the month before you added the location. If that month has no reviews, Repliku does not create an empty report. Reports for later months remain possible.
