Google account, locations and existing reviews.
Which Google account should I use?
Connect a Google account that has access to your Google Business Profile locations. Repliku shows the locations available to that account so you can choose which ones to manage.
Can I choose only some locations?
Yes. After connecting, you select the locations to manage. If a location is missing required details, Repliku asks you to complete them before using it for replies, reports or automation.
Will existing reviews receive automatic replies?
No. Reviews and any replies already on Google are imported as history for viewing and analysis. Importing them does not publish new replies retroactively.

Who chooses which replies are automatic?
You do, during onboarding: choose draft or automatic publishing for each rating from 1 to 5 stars. Drafts are proposed initially for every rating; you can confirm or change those choices and edit them later.
Can I correct a draft before sending it?
Yes. In the inbox you can read, edit and save a draft, then decide whether to send it to Google. A submitted reply passes through provider checks before it appears as published.
What if Google does not approve a reply?
Repliku shows the reply status. A content issue may require an edit and a new submission; a location or account issue may require verification before publishing can resume.

What happens when a connection, a review or an active plan is missing.
What if the Google connection stops working?
The dashboard flags that the account needs to be reconnected. Operations that depend on the connection cannot continue until access is restored.
Can I start if a location has no reviews?
You can complete setup. A report for a period is generated only when there are reviews to analyse in that period.
Does the trial start when I create an account? What happens afterward?
No. The 14 days begin when you choose a ready location and confirm the start, without a card. If the trial ends without a subscription, your history remains available; importing, AI replies, publishing and new reports require a plan.
