Clarity

Your data and Google connection, clearly explained.

To use Repliku, you connect a Google account with access to your locations. Here is what Repliku reads, when a reply can be sent, and what happens if access stops working.

From connection to reply rules: you choose the locations and how replies work.

01

Connect Google

You authorise an account with access to the business profiles you manage. Repliku shows the locations available to that account.

02

Choose locations

You select which locations to use in Repliku. Operational locations have their own data, reviews and settings.

03

Set the rules

During onboarding, you choose for each rating from 1 to 5 stars whether to receive a draft or authorise automatic publishing.

Reviews and location data

Repliku imports reviews, any replies already on Google, and information about selected locations. Imported history supports viewing, more contextual replies and reports; importing it does not publish replies retroactively.

Sending replies

A draft is sent only when you publish it. With automatic publishing, Repliku sends replies according to the rules you confirmed. Google can review, reject or remove a reply; its status appears in the app.

AI processing

Reviews and location context are processed by the AI providers Repliku uses to create drafts and insights. The Privacy Policy and DPA describe providers, purposes and data processing.

Access and control

If Google access is revoked

Operations that depend on Google cannot continue until you reconnect the account. Previously imported history remains available to view; managing and, where applicable, deleting data follows the app controls and Privacy Policy. You can contact us about your data.
