Guided setup takes you from connecting Google to choosing your reply rules.

Create your account
Sign up and connect a Google account with access to your business profile.

Choose locations
Select the Google Business Profile locations you want Repliku to manage. If a location is missing, check your Google account access.

Confirm your voice
Review and edit the suggested tone, style and signature so replies sound like your business.

Your first view
The initial report covers the previous calendar month when there are reviews to analyse.

Then, month by month
Later reports cover complete calendar months. If there are no reviews in a period, no report is generated.

Before connecting Google
Three useful things to know during setup.
Which Google account should I use?
Use a Google account with access to the Google Business Profile locations you want to manage. After connecting, select from the locations available to that account.
What if a location has no reviews yet?
You can complete setup. A report is generated only when there are reviews in the period it covers.
What if the Google connection stops working?
Repliku flags the access issue and asks you to reconnect Google. Operations that rely on that connection cannot continue until access is restored.
