Rules by star rating
In settings choose Draft or Automatic for each rating from one to five stars. Consider negative reviews carefully before authorizing automation.
Global policy
Save the general rule in settings. Check the summary before leaving: the policy defines future behavior, not an immediate individual publication.
Location override
Location details can use specific settings. Check whether a location inherits the general policy or overrides it before interpreting different behavior.
New reviews and history
Rules for new reviews do not command bulk publication of historical reviews. Review existing drafts separately.
Review before automating
Review choices for every rating and check voice and language. The demo explores behavior with simulated data without publishing on your profile.
Keep manual control
Choose Draft where you want to review and approve each reply. Saving a policy does not replace checking replies already being processed.
Effect of changes
Changes guide subsequent processing. Do not assume an already started publication is cancelled or an existing text rewritten.
