Approve a reply and track its outcome
Distinguish confirmed publication, rejection and uncertain outcomes.

Approve a reply
Review the text and location, then use the available approval action. It authorizes publication: wait for the outcome, not only click acknowledgement.
Sending in progress
If a command is in progress, wait and check status. Avoid sending again from another tab to speed it up.
Publication under verification
Pending means verification remains open. Do not treat it as confirmed publication; revisit the review and its displayed outcome.
Rejected reply
Read the error and correct the indicated issue, such as permissions or text. Retry only through offered controls after checking publication has not occurred.
Unknown outcome
A timeout does not prove Google did not receive the reply. Check Repliku and Google and allow reconciliation; do not resend indiscriminately.
Reply already present on Google
An imported reply may have been written outside Repliku. Read its origin and current text before changing or replacing it.
External changes
If the text changed elsewhere on Google, compare the current version before acting. The local draft is not necessarily the latest published reply.
Reply removal
Check status when a reply is removed or unavailable. Managing your reply does not grant a command to delete the customer's review.
