Use the dashboard and distinguish pending requests from completed deletion.

Where to request deletion
Sign in and open Profile. The deletion section remains available if the subscription summary fails to load. Public support does not authorize account deletion.
Explicit confirmation
Read the consequences, type DELETE and press the request button. Typing the word or opening the page performs no deletion.
Consequences
The request uses the account and linked-data deletion process. It differs from cancelling renewal or deleting one location. Read workflow notices before confirming.
Accepted but pending request
Pending means processing is unfinished. Use status verification; do not assume the account is already deleted or the request can be cancelled.
Error or lost response
If no result arrives, check status and retry the same attempt through the offered control. Multiple requests do not speed up processing.
Access lost during verification
An invalid session does not prove deletion completed. If you cannot verify, contact the team through public help without passwords or recovery links.
