Confirm your address
Open the confirmation message in the mailbox used for sign-up. Follow its link and complete any remaining setup steps. Receiving the email alone does not confirm your account.
Invalid or expired link
Return to confirmation or sign-in and request a new message. Use the most recent link. If your account is already confirmed, try signing in instead of registering again.
Request another message
Check spam, other inbox folders and the email address before requesting another message. Respect the waiting period shown. A uniform form response protects privacy and does not confirm whether an account exists for that address.
Unconfirmed account
If sign-in still requires confirmation, complete that step before using the dashboard. If you cannot access your mailbox or the form fails, use public support and describe the error without sending passwords or verification links.
Resume setup
Return through the website using the same identity and follow the resume flow shown. Signing in does not automatically enable every feature before required setup is complete. If setup remains blocked, tell support which step and message you see.
