Behind the theme

Waiting without an update

Two reviews mention a wait and little information. Check how customers are kept informed when things run late.

“I waited longer than expected and nobody told me how long it would be.”
“The service was good once we started, but an update during the wait would have helped.”

An action to consider

Review how delays are communicated and agree when the team should give customers an update.

Use the evidence to decide what fits your business. Suggestions are not automatic changes.

01

Read the month in context

Review volume, average rating and the period covered help you understand the scope of the report before drawing conclusions.

02

Look beyond the star rating

Positive themes and recurring issues connect the summary to examples from the reviews, so you can inspect what customers actually said.

03

Choose a practical priority

Suggested actions give you a starting point. Weigh them against your knowledge of the business before making changes.

One location or several

Local details. A wider perspective.

Start with the report for a location. When a report includes location comparisons, use them to explore differences and decide where a closer look is useful. Review counts and context still matter.

What does a Google review report include?

The report brings together the review count, average rating, positive themes, recurring issues, review evidence and suggested actions. Available comparisons depend on the scope and data in that report.

When are monthly reports available?

Monthly reports cover complete calendar months. An initial report can cover the previous month when reviews are available for that period.

What happens if a location has no reviews?

If there are no reviews for the period, there is no report to analyse. Repliku does not fill the gap with invented feedback.

Will a report explain why my rating changed?

Reviews can reveal patterns and possible priorities, but they do not establish causes or represent every customer. A small number of reviews needs particular care.
