Choose the reply language
Distinguish interface language from reply policy.

Interface language
Switching the interface between Italian and English changes navigation and labels. It does not by itself change customer reply language.
Match the review
Choose automatic mode to follow the review language when recognizable. Still check the draft: language detection can be inaccurate.
Set a fixed language
Select a supported language in general or location settings. Check inheritance: a local rule can override the general one.
Location country and language
Complete location country and language. For multilingual countries, explicitly choose the correct language rather than assuming a single one.
Review without a comment
Without text to infer language from, automatic mode uses the location fallback. Check the draft without inventing facts about the experience.
Unrecognized language
When text does not allow a reliable choice, check the location's default language. Set a supported fixed language when you need a specific result.
Supported languages
The reply selector offers Italian, English, Spanish, French and German. A supported reply language does not imply an interface translated into that language.
