History and new reviews
Initial history and new reviews use different stages. Automatic rules for new reviews do not imply bulk publication over history.
Missing reviews
Check location, period and filters, then import status. Compare the individual case on Google before reporting missing data; do not recreate the location.
Partial coverage
A partial import is not complete history. Interpret counts and reports within the displayed available scope; report a persistent blockage with location and message shown.
No reviews
Zero results can reflect filters, a location without reviews or unfinished import. Distinguish an empty view from a loading error before contacting support.
