Read counts
Overview numbers describe the displayed data and context. Check each metric's label before comparing it with Google's visible total.
Effect of filters
Location and filters change the scope. Compare numbers within the same context; otherwise a difference can be expected.
Reference period
Read the period beside the metric. A period-specific count is not the business's historical total.
Average rating
The average comes from the available sample in the view. Rounding, partial import and scope can differ from Google's overall rating.
Partial data
If preparation is incomplete, coverage is provisional. Do not draw conclusions about the entire period from a small imported sample.
Empty view or failure
An empty result and a loading failure differ. Check filters and notices; report a persistent error and the affected step to support.
Available comparisons
Use only comparisons and indicators displayed on screen. A missing comparison does not imply zero or an automatic forecast.
