Find and read reviews
Use search, filters and pagination in the correct location.
Verified on
Search for a review
Open Reviews in the dashboard and use its search. Check the location context before interpreting results.
Filter by rating
Select a rating filter to narrow the list. Clear it when looking for another rating; an active filter can explain empty results.
Filter by status
Use status to distinguish reviews and replies requiring attention. A reply under verification is not yet published; inspect its outcome.
Check the period
Check selected dates and reset filters to search available history. A report's period can differ from the review list.
Select the location
Choose the correct location or permitted aggregate view. Businesses with similar names can have different reviews.
Load more reviews
Use pagination controls: the first page does not necessarily represent all history. Recheck the list from the start after changing filters.
Reviews without text
A rating may have no written comment. Do not invent details about the customer's experience when editing a reply.
Review removed from Google
A removed review may no longer allow publication. Check the notice; Repliku does not provide a command to delete or dispute reviews on Google.
