Find reports and understand delays
Check report preparation, history and language.

Initial report
After location preparation, open Reports and check the initial report status. Availability depends on data and processing, not only Google connection.
Monthly report
Check the displayed period and history to find a monthly report. A new month does not guarantee processing is complete.
Single location or aggregate
Use location context and report labels to distinguish a single-location analysis from an aggregate. An aggregate can include only available scope.
Report being prepared
If a report is being prepared or awaits another attempt, check status later. Opening the page does not command immediate generation.
Processing failed
Distinguish processing failure from email delivery failure. If status remains blocked, tell support the period, location and notice shown.
Open earlier reports
Use history and pagination. An earlier report retains its period and snapshot; it is not a current-month live view.
Little or no data
Check import and scope. Do not expect complete analysis or reliable comparisons when the period lacks sufficient reviews.
Report language
A report retains the language of its produced snapshot. Changing interface language does not automatically translate an existing analysis.
