Analyzed period
Read the report interval before comparing results. Initial and monthly reports can cover different periods.
A snapshot of the data
A report describes data available when it was processed. Subsequent reviews do not automatically rewrite an existing snapshot.
Included locations and sample
Check single-location or aggregate scope and partial-coverage notices. Do not extend conclusions to locations or periods outside the report.
Report average and Google
The sample average can differ from Google's total due to period, scope and rounding. Compare equivalent data before reporting an error.
Missing comparison
A missing trend can mean insufficient data or no available comparison. Do not interpret absence as zero change or improvement.
Compare locations
In aggregate reports consider sample size and coverage of each location. Few reviews can make comparisons less representative.
AI summaries and hypotheses
AI summaries help identify themes but can be wrong. Compare them with reviews and business facts before making decisions.
Use priorities
Treat priorities as suggestions to review with your team, not automatically executed instructions. Repliku does not change your service based on a report.
