Share and receive a report

Manage public links, expiry and revocation.

Verified on

Create a link

Open an available report and use Share. Verify the result before sending the link: not every report state permits sharing.

Copy the link

Use Copy and check browser confirmation. The link grants access to the report: share it only with intended recipients.

Extend validity

Use Extend and check the new expiry shown. Do not assume unlimited validity or that forwarding renews a link.

Revoke a link

Use Revoke to stop access through that link. Check the result; revocation cannot recall copies or screenshots already received.

Expired link

If a link expired, ask the owner to check its status and available controls. Do not try changing the token in the address.

Read without an account

A recipient can read the report through a valid public link without a Repliku account. This does not grant dashboard or other-report access.

Forwarded links

Anyone receiving a valid link can forward it. Consider its content before sharing and revoke access if it spreads beyond intended recipients.

Previously received copies

Expiry and revocation block future link access, not copies already saved by recipients. A dedicated PDF export is not promised.

Owner access

Sign in to the owner account's dashboard to manage a report. If an email link does not open management, check active account and session.
